Using TypeGuard

The Typeguard option is a subset of a number of controls that are available to MinistryStyles. The primary function of this option is to correctly capitalize the user’s name at entry. Many users don’t bother to use the caps key, while many others leave it on all the time. Failure to correctly capitalize the user’s name may seem like a trivial matter, but the name is used extensively in the reports, and will look instead like errors in the report if this feature is not used. Conversely, some user names use unusual capitalization (e.g. MacDonald) and if this feature is left turned on, it will only capitalize the first letter of each “word” recognized as a part of the user name.
