Creating a New Visual Personality Portrait

Option 1: Within the MinistryStyles Licensed Program

When you press the New Portrait button, a screen comes up requesting client information on the person taking the profile. As a minimum, First Name, Last Names and Gender of the person taking the profile should be completed. The rest of the demographic information is valuable if you want it printed on the profile results, but is not required in order to recall the Portrait.

If answers to the questions are saved as the Portrait is completed, so it is safe to return to the process any time by selecting the Recall a Portrait button.

No password is required to start a new profile, but the password allows the user to recall their Portrait while others cannot. The master password set by your administrator allows adminis1trators to view all Portraits. If the Master password is not set, the individual password has no effect.

Option 2: Remote Portrait Creation using LifeStylesTBA.exe

This program is a scaled down version of the actual parent programs, and allows for Portraits to be created for all products in the LifeStyles Toolbox family of products which includes MinistryStyles.

1. Go to this site: ../LifeStylesTBA.exe

2. Choose to Run this program (rather than to Save it)

3. Choose to Create a Profile

4. Enter your Client Information (required fields are First Name, Last Name, and Gender

5. A small data file is created for you in the format of Firstname Lastname.tba Example:  Jane Smith.tba

6. Send that file (The TBA file) as an email attachment to profiles@ministrytba.com or to the email account indicated by your hosting organization
