Whenever an assessment is printed, it is first re-graded. This happens so quickly that it is virtually undetectable, but as a step in this process, a small *.TBA file is generated and placed on the computer desktop. For some, this means too many files generated on the desktop. This option allows you to turn off the automatic creation of the files for export.
From the Command Center (opening screen), click on the option labeled Auto-export to desktop. When the checkmark is visible, the files are generated. When the checkmark is turned off, the files are not automatically created when the file is printed. They are still generated when you manually export a profile.
