The version information ID is right under the title. This is one of the most common support issues, as changes are made to the program on a regular basis.

At the bottom left is the program ID on this computer. This number may be necessary the first time you ask for support.

Directly beneath the program ID is the contract status of your program. If you are under a timed contract (typically one year), the renewal date will be displayed.
